Charles says he is nineteen years old, but we are uncertain of this because, unfortunately, his parents are drug addicts and cannot communicate with us regarding his actual date of birth. On several occasions he as expressed shame about the condition in which his parents live. His siblings are all separated from each other and are in foster care, Charles is a very intelligent child and knows how to get along with others. He is a drummer at our church and has recently developed the skill of fixing computers. Charles hopes to migrate to the USA to live with his grandmother in the near future.

If Charles could spend one day doing anything he would spend it reading his bible and praying
If Charles had $1,000 he would use ½ to give to those less fortunate than him and keep the other ½ for himself and only spend that money when he absolutely needs too.
